Block Management

Block management is much more complicated than most people imagine. There are over seventy laws and acts of Parliament which apply to common areas of blocks of flats. The block manager finds themselves involved with legal issues, accountancy, surveying, maintenance and contracts in addition to being a focal point for all the residents concerns.
No two blocks are identical and so although the basics of block management remain the same the application of those basics always has to be tailored to each situation.
At Property Central we prefer to manage a small portfolio of blocks to a high standard rather than give poor service to a great number. Therefore you can be assured that we will always provide a hands on proactive approach.
