If we cease to act for you all electronic information is deleted straight away and any hard copy information is disposed of as confidential waste six years after the time that we cease to act for you. Your name and mobile number, or the name and mobile number of your tenants, and details of the property you own are passed to tradesmen when access is required for block management matters such as fire alarm testing or other statutory inspections.
We do not sell on your information to anyone and we do not use your information for any other purpose than in our capacity as your block managers.
